Professor Hunter’s address is grounded in his experience as an international expert in intellectual property and internet law\, and his publication on the intersection of computers and law. Mr. Goldenfein’s address draws upon his experience in the interaction of law and technology\, focusing on questions of privacy\, surveillance\, automated decision making\, automated legal action\, and the history and theory of communications technology. Mr. Dyball’s address reflects his experience in coding and computer technology\, and its place in the lacuna between technology and law.
