Biography

Michael Murray is an author and expert on corporate and personal insolvency law and related policy. He co-writes Keay's Insolvency, Ford's Corporations Law, Business Law in Australia and writes and edits other insolvency publications. He is the Attorney's nominee on statutory bankruptcy committees and has appeared before a number of parliamentary law reform committees. He is a member of the Insolvency Academics Network and has spoken at international conferences, and attended before UNCITRAL in Vienna on behalf of UNCCA - www.uncca.org
He was formerly a visiting fellow at QUT, the Legal Director of ARITA, and a solicitor with the Australian Government Solicitor.
