The Hon Justice Sarah Derrington will deliver a lecture on "Litigation Funding: Access and Ethics". The Australian Law Reform Commission, of which her Honour is the President, is conducting an inquiry into class action proceedings and third party litigation funders. Mr Justin McDonnell, a partner at King & Wood Mallesons, will act as commentator.
The event will be held in the Banco Court of the Supreme Court of Queensland, Level 3, Queen Elizabeth II Courts of Law, 415 George Street, Brisbane.
