Part 1, held on 7 July 2022, addressed the issues: What is the work of judges, and what do the judges of the court in question do? What are the necessary qualities of a prospective appointee?

 Part II, to be held on 28 July 2022, will address the question: What are the systems for finding such people, and how could those systems be improved? What are the best parts of those systems?
