The forthcoming 2024 bicentenaries of the Supreme Courts of NSW Tasmania are occasions for both celebration and critical reflection. In that spirit, the Australian Academy of Law, the Australian Institute of Judicial Administration (AIJA) and the Australian Law Journal are very pleased to present a conference on “Enduring Courts in Changing Times”.
